Does the bottom part of the tool move freely (like with a ratchet)? By the looks of it it does but that would kinda be my reason to buy it since I already got regular tools

Nice material and you don't have to pay too much for it. I can recommend it and would buy it again.
Does the trick and didn't cost to much, 1 star removed due to the lack of a green option and the fact that the "file" leaves marks on trucks where the hanger is further back...
