Does the bottom part of the tool move freely (like with a ratchet)? By the looks of it it does but that would kinda be my reason to buy it since I already got regular tools

Nice material and you don't have to pay too much for it. I can recommend it and would buy it again.
The tool feels like is made from hight quality materials and is everything you need to properly build a skateboard
