Does the bottom part of the tool move freely (like with a ratchet)? By the looks of it it does but that would kinda be my reason to buy it since I already got regular tools

Nice material and you don't have to pay too much for it. I can recommend it and would buy it again.
Skate tool is of a solid build quality. It’s made of metal so can be a bit weighty, but it’s not so noticeable it will weigh you down in your bag/pocket. Allen wrench/screwdriver is able to be stored conveniently also, meaning you are never without one
The tool feels like is made from hight quality materials and is everything you need to properly build a skateboard
