Are these trucks tensor alloys, same or similar as im bloom complete?

Hello, the Tensor trucks are similar to the ones from the Globe bloom Complete-Board but this trucks have a Hollow Kingpin :)

Complete setup at an unbeatable price! The setup isn't too heavy, good pop, wheels a bit hard, but at this price it's already very good!

The board itself is fine, but I didn't know that there was a glitter foil under the blue coating - I assumed that the bright pastel colors were printed on. I still didn't find it a problem in itself, but the foil comes off extremely easily, so I leave a glitter trail on the obstacles and everywhere else with every slide. I wouldn't recommend it for this reason.
