Big contact and stability, they run almost good on bad asphalt but only for fast tricks, you need speed. They lock very good on rough curbs.

These wheels are perfect for me when it came to shape and durometer. The square lips and flat side walls made me lock in so good on coping and rails better than the wide cut dragon wheels ever did. And the urethane it self is surprisingly shock absorbant but still slide like a 99A conical full wheel. I highly recommend it

After trying f4, stf and oj all 99a I decided to try these x97s. I don't know what weird magic is there but they are faster than all the 99a's I've tried and they also slide much better. The real difference can be felt when skating in places where the asphalt is very rough and, thanks to the formula of these wheels, it feels like you are using much softer wheels. In my opinion, the ultimate wheels!
