I would recommend Bones soft bushings for lightweight guys and gals. I weigh 63 kgs and like my trucks lose. Bones bushings are very stable, they don't just turn from left to right. I love the Bones softs more on my Ventures and Bones mediums on my Independents. They fit perfectly on Independents and Ventures. I'd suggest Bones mediums for mediumweight skaters whom like their trucks lose.

I was never happy with the standard bushings that came with the trucks, so I decided to try these. Well built! Unlike the "standard" ones, these are elastic enough not to deform withing months.

I bought these bushings to put on my daugther's deck, which is one of my old deck (Luca's Puig Cliché), in order she can turn (she's too light to make the board turn). It works. BONES bushing are really easy too put on.
