That's tricky, but I'd recommend the smaller size because they will fit better than the big one.

Great helmet but messed up chins, always warn kids before they decide to Ollie down 20 stairs, if they do get them to wear a mitrcycle helmet

Bought the XXL one and it still feels a little snug on top but the adjustable chinstraps make it comfortable (even with a beard) Now my wife can't yell at me for cracking my skull open so that's another reason to buy
Deze helm is echt heel nice! goede prijs / kwaliteit verhouding en bovendien ook mooi kleur! Het enige nadeel is dat deze niet verstelbaar is.
