Pig Prime Bearings (black)

I skated those bearings 2 weeks and all of them broke.. don‘t buy them if you want bearings wich last longer than a month.

I find them very similar to Bones Reds /(the standard ones in the black packaging) in terms of speed and durability. The Pigs do seem to be more quiet than Reds even after riding them for a few sessions. They perform better than the other Pig bearings by a margin for sure – the Pig choice bearings that is. I would choose Pig primes over Reds if they are cheaper than Reds, as is the case on Skatedeluxe. If they would be more expensive, I would probably stick to Reds, since I don't notice much of a quality difference between Primes and Reds. edit (3 months later): I am still riding them 3 months later – about 3-5 hours a week – and they still hold up perfectly fine (pointing this out because another reviewer pointed out they broke within a month). In contrast, my Bronson G2s broke way faster and felt way slower than these. Thus, I really find them to be on par with Reds and better than Bronson G2s.

Very good looking bearings. They roll good enough and to catch them on sale it’s really good if you want to build a setup without spending too much
