I wanted to do something good for my over-30 body when skating and ordered all the FP insoles to look at. After I had chosen them (the right thickness for the standard Nike SB's insole & good heel support) - they were cut to size and preheated in the oven - then put in. And well, what can I say: After 2 days at home and 2 skate sessions I have toe pain and a blister: I sized up from 45.5 to 46 to have enough space for the insoles but no chance. The heel section of the Quantum Heel is so big that you lose about 6-8mm length in the shoe. Compared to the normal Kingfoam Elite, the heel area is also really hard. This means I hit the inside of the front of both feet with every step and especially when skating. I took the insoles out again and now they're lying around - a real shame for €39.
