Film Trucks are made for carving, built for slappies, invented to grind pool copings, and offer loads of fun for DIY obstacles. The former sister company of Cliché Skateboards has been reborn and Jeremie Daclin has created a creative skateboard truck far from the norm.
The slightly different skateboard truck | Film Trucks
Jeremie Daclin first created Film Trucks in 2000 as a sister company to Cliché Skateboard. In 2018 Film Trucks returned as an independent truck company. Creative features were chosen so that another standard skateboard truck wouldn’t be developed. Film Trucks are equipped with double-bored baseplates, so they can be used with any old school deck and have a parking block design for all slappy enthusiasts.
A double kingpin seat ensures that you can use a standard kingpin as well as an old school hex kingpin. A unique design ensures that the hanger always stays centered. Film Trucks have thought of pretty much every feature you could want from a skateboard truck. What's more, so that our children and their children can still skateboard on this cool rock we call Earth, Film Trucks donates 1% of their profits "to the planet".
Europe’s heavy hitters | The Film Trucks skate team
The Film Trucks team list boasts the who's who of the European skateboard scene. Skaters like Jarne Verbruggen, Leo Valls, Anton Myhrvold, Adrien Coillard, Fred Plocque-Santos and countless others rely on the quality and steering behavior of Films Trucks. Film Trucks Nouvelle Vague video should prove just that.
