All TSG Ellbowpads apply to the following magnitudes:
S - upper arm amplitude = 28-33cm, forearm amplitude = 27 – 31.5cm, size = 21cm
M - upper arm amplitude = 30-35cm, forearm amplitude = 29 – 23cm, size = 22.5cm
L - upper arm amplitude = 32 -37, forearm amplitude = 31–35.5cm, size = 23.5cm

I use these elbow guards to guard against road rash on my electric skateboard. I havent fallen on them yet so this review is more about fit and comfort. Fit and comfort are on point, no pinching and it stays in place. No real padding inside so what guards you is the outer shell, quite hard to fall on I would reckon, but your skin will stay intact.
