The wood is cut and pressed by Lush themselves so that they can create the best shapes independently of their suppliers. With Lush, you can be sure of one thing: these boards are built to last!

At Lush, Maplewood isn’t the only thing in the press; rather, complex materials like latex and epoxy resin are an integral part of the Lush X-Flex and 4X composite constructions. Thanks to the professional processing by means of high-precision CNC milling, an individual hydraulic cold-pressing process as well as some good old sandpaper, you not only get a piece of wood but a piece of love shaped with enthusiasm from this British longboard manufacturer.
