What would skateboard magazines be without ads from enjoi skateboards? Definitely a lot more boring, because no other company manages to make the skateboard world smile quite like enjoi.
The recipe seems to work, because for more than 15 years the company, which is now under the umbrella of Dwindle Distribution, has stood not only for fun ads but also for first-class products. The skateboard brand with the panda logo is especially known for well-made decks in different widths and shapes, but also for their wheels, accessories and a piece of clothing here and there.
More than 15 years enjoi - from the founding to Oververt
enjoi skateboards has a prominent founder, Marc Johnson, who is no longer part of the team however. He took Rodney Mullen with him from their former sponsor to enjoi years ago. Two other big names from the early years of enjoi skateboards are Jerry Hsu and Louie Barletta.
In the first team video "Bag of Suck", Jerry Hsu delivered one of the most massive parts of the whole decade and the creative skating of Louie Barletta is always entertaining and worth watching. The latter is also enjoi's team and brand manager, so it's little surprise that the current team is also strong.
Top quality skateboard decks & more
Since enjoi is managed out of Dwindle Distribution, they can also draw on their experience and technologies. Although it's still the graphics that make the enjoi decks so exceptional, the workmanship and quality of the wood leave nothing to be desired.
If you have special demands regarding the durability and pop of your deck, enjoi also offers some special technologies like the Impact Light and Impact Plus technology. In addition, you can also find a couple of decks in the old-school shape as well as pre-assembled complete boards in the enjoi online store at skatedeluxe. The deck range is also complemented by wheels, bearings, accessories and enjoi skateboarding t-shirts.
The enjoi skate team
Currently Didrik "Deedz" Galasso, Zack Wallin, Samarria Brevard, Thaynan Costa, Cairo Foster, Louie Barletta, Nestor Judkins and Caswell Berry are on the road for enjoi skateboards. In the latest enjoi video titled "Oververt" there's not only first-class skating, but also the usual fun enjoi vibe, which just makes you want to skate.
