Creature's skate team has been growing for years and seems to be getting better and better. The focus is not only on vert and pool skating, but also includes a lot of street skaters from all over the world.
Among them are the self-proclaimed "Overlordz" Darren Navarrette, Al Partanen, Sam Hitz and the Scottish skate legend Stu Graham. Further represented are greats like Milton Martinez, Kevin Baekkel, Chris Russell, Cody Lockwood, David Gravette, John Gardner, Jimmy Wilkins, Allysha Le and many more.
A brand with history - Creature Skateboards
Creature was originally founded in 1994. At that time Russ Pope started the company under the wings of NHS Distribution. With Jason Adams, Barker Barrett and Darren Navarrette they had a small but powerful team. After founders Russ Pope and Jason Adams left the label, NHS decided to put Creature on hold temporarily.
For the reboot, NHS and Darren Navarette got the support of Lee Charron. The rebirth of the monster that is Creature has been continuously documented through several team videos. In videos like Born Dead, Hesh Law or CSFU, the music as well as the choice of spots and tricks are harder and thus underline the character of the brand.
